La lectura del bando

On Saturday January 22 was read the Proclamation, traditional official opening ceremony of the festival of Carnival de Barranquilla 2011 (Pre-carnival), by the Queen of the Carnival of Barranquilla, after receiving from the Mayor keys the city. This year the festival featured three alternatives, all free to celebrate in different parts of the city.
